Episode 2 Designers Pay Tribute To Lost
Lost, you either love it or hate it. The TV series which is a puzzle from beginning to end (which we are yet to see) seems to have some fans at Valve. Hidden in Half Life 2: Episode 2 are references to the series, two confirmed with possibly more hidden around the various maps.

HMV To Open 360 Lan Center
Uk entertainment retailer HMV is opening a 2000 sq foot Xbox 360 gaming centre in its Edinburgh store (I’ll have to go along and check it out.)

Banned British Manhunt 2 Identical To M Rated US Version
I suspected as much when the news broke earlier this week, Rockstar made one set of changes to Manhunt 2 and submitted the results to both the ESRB and BBFC. Why the ESRB passed it and the BBFC didn’t is the question everyone is asking.

UT3 Demo Preload Available To Fileplanet Subscribers
Its getting close now, as evidenced by the fact that you can preload the UT3 beta/demo from Fileplanet, this means you can play it as soon as it’s released. The only drawback is that you have to be a subscriber.
I would expect the demo to be available to the rest of us at some point [...]
