Gamer’s Olympics To Get TV Airing
The World Cyber Games, where gamings best and brightest pit themselves against others for the title of “Pwningest Gamer Ever, W00t!!1!!!”, has signed a deal with Spike TV and MTVN to provide coverage across a range of media (read: online and on telly). Weekly recaps will be aired on Spike TV’s Game Head show in the run up to an hour long special covering the grand final in October. Coverage also extends to GameTrailers and X-fire hosting video clips, and X-fire holding “Play With The Pros” events, where you can find out just how meagre your mad play skillz really are.
