You can preorder it on Amazon, and its release date is September 25th.

Ubisoft’s beautiful, and rumoured to be quite clever with it, sneak-em-up was developed by the same team as Prince of Persia and so it promises to combine the best of both, gadgets and sneakiness from Splinter Cell and stunning acrobatics and involving combat from Prince of Persia, with a little of its own specialness thrown in.
