Here’s another roundup of the stories that didn’t quite make it. I have a full weeks worth this time and none of them mention that game that came out on Tuesday, apart from maybe the [tag]Jack Thompson[/tag] ones.

Unreal Tournament 3 Collectors Tin Revealed

It finally caught the games press’s attention this week that there would be no cross platform play between the PS3 and PC in UT3, but the big news regarding UT3 was the revelation of what would be included in the limited edition version of the game for the PC.

THQ Announces Third Dawn Of War Expansion

Following on from the phenomenal success of Warhammer 40K: Dawn of war and its two expansions, Winter Assault and Dark Crusade, THQ and Relic Games have announced yet another addon.

Jericho Hits A Wall In Germany

Clive Barker’s latest game, Jericho, is brutal, horrific, and unrelentingly gory, as you would expect from the creator of Hellraiser, Nightbreed, and many deeply disturbing fantasy and horror novels. It has proved too much for the German ratings board, the USK. Hit the jump to see just how nasty this game looks.

Halo Again.

Halo 3 was released in Europe and the UK this morning with rather less in the way of fanfare than was evident in the US. Stories still keep flooding in from the Americas and here are some more that caught my eye.
